The Opportunity
Our customer base is expanding across the eastern seaboard, which has created an opportunity for a Senior Sales Promotion Officer in our Brisbane office .
You will have the flexibility to work from home or office and be provided the necessary training, tools, and support to ensure you succeed in this highly competitive industry.
Annual Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + Super + Commission
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ongoing high-quality lead generation using various platforms such as Telemarketing, Email Marketing, LinkedIn, etc.
Implementing successful marketing/sales strategies for growing Mploy's client base.
Conducting ongoing market research to understand target market trends & opportunities.
Performing competitor analysis to understand Mploy's current position in the market.
Maintaining and growing relationships with prospective clients.
Performing ongoing marketing activities on social media/professional job networks such as LinkedIn to create traction among prospective client segments.
Creating marketing materials such as sales collaterals, flyers, email marketing/presentation templates to promote brand awareness.
Weekly reporting & analyzing the efficiency/effectiveness of the marketing activities conducted.
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following attributes:
Tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing.
2-3 years of experience as Sales Promotion Officer.
Prior experience working in the recruitment/labour hire industry.
A good understanding of Award and EBA interpretations and knowledge in OH&S .
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Knowledge in using Adobe Suites, Canva.
Strong desire to succeed and a growth mindset.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Meeting the target KPIs set by the direct manager, including weekly marketing activities, calls/emails, high-quality lead generation, and lead conversion rate.
