About the Role
As an
Internal Sales Representative , you will be accountable for selling Global Payments product suite to a range of inbound and outbound leads.
Your pipeline will range from small to large businesses with a key focus on educating the customers on our product and services and conveying their value proposition.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Conducting outbound calls to cultivate leads and convert opportunities by exploring and understanding the clients' needs and challenges;
Building relationships with prospects and leveraging relationships with existing customers to grow new business;
Qualifying and engaging with inbound inquiries;
Coaching customers on how to maximise the use of our services;
Generating referrals for new business by fostering strong relationships with new customers;
Working with a growing team to execute the sales strategy.

Previous outbound telesales experience - prospecting/cold calling in a B2B environment;
Great communication skills, with the ability to make complexity easily understood;
Ability to make a clear connection between our product capabilities and our customers' business needs;

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, supportive team;
Strong empathy and a genuine care about improving business practices for our customers;

A keen interest in FinTech, Software or Technology.
