Job Description Account Management : Oversee and manage 75 accounts within a designated territory. Field Work : Conduct regular site visits and maintain relationships with clients across a broad region. Sales and Growth : Drive sales performance and identify opportunities for account expansion and new business. Time Management : Efficiently plan and organize travel and meetings to maximize productivity. Customer Support : Provide exceptional service and support to address client needs and resolve issues. Reporting : Track and report on sales activities, account status, and market trends. Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives. The Successful Applicant Experienced : Proven background in HVAC or a related field, with a strong understanding of industry practices. Motivated : Highly driven, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing multiple accounts effectively. Self-Sufficient : Comfortable working independently in a field-focused role, with strong time management and organizational skills.
