We are seeking an experiences sales expert for a Senior Sales Development Representative role.
The ideal candidate will become an expert in generating, prospecting, and qualifying leads in a growing SaaS company This is an enormous opportunity for career growth and to show your expertise and competence in a fast-paced sales environment .
Responsibilities: Qualify and nurture sales leads generated via inbound channels such as the Web, trial system, seminars, conferences, etc.Make initial sales contact to identify account decision-makers, understand the prospects business needs and make recommendations for next stepsIdentify high potential prospects and transition them to the appropriate sales rep.Partner with inside and field sales reps to develop a target list of accounts to penetrate on a quarterly basis in support of the business planEffectively utilize our lead management system as well as documentation and tracking processesDevelop and maintain current and working knowledge of Brightcoves products/services and competitive differencesAchieve or exceed monthly individual metrics Qualifications/Experience: Bachelors degree and 6+ years of relevant work experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience using a CRM solution such as Salesforce.com preferredMust be highly self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, organized and flexibleAbility to work in a team environment as well as individuallyPositive attitude with the desire to work in a rapid-growth, entrepreneurial environmentExperience with lead generation using outboundExperience in B2B SAAS Sales
