As a Senior Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Retirement Living team by providing efficient administrative support.
You will work collaboratively in a dynamic environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards in sales compliance and data management.
Duties: not limited to Manage sales compliance, data governance, and reporting.
Implement the induction of new acquisitions into our contracts and legal frameworks.
Manage email and telephone inquiries, addressing requests for information from residents, families, and solicitors.
Coordinate the Retirement Village centralised contracts management processes.
Assist in identifying new opportunities to improve procedures for resident entry and exit.
Support the Sales Administration Lead in various tasks, including fee increases and contract management.
Oversee daily accounts transactions and prepare financial reports.
Assist with the archiving of records and preparation of managerial reports.
Ensure compliance with contracts and the Retirement Living Act.
Skills and Experience: Essential: 5 years + of experience in office administration in a medium to large sized organisation.
Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong customer service skills and ability to handle sensitive inquiries with tact and discretion.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
Desirable: Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration.
Excellent numeracy skills and experience with banking and reconciliations.
Experience in a similar role within the retirement living sector.
Familiarity with relevant compliance frameworks and legislation.
