About the role

We are seeking a new Senior Rural Manager to join our Dalby branch on a full-time, permanent basis.

We are looking for people with:

Ambition to learn and grow further by taking the next step in your career.Experience in a similar role; looking for an organisation with purpose, a deeper connection with the team and clients.Residing in Dalby or surrounds and well connected in the community, or perhaps you are willing to relocate for the right role.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will manage a portfolio of rural clients, in accordance with bank and branch goals for profitability, client satisfaction, and credit quality.
You will naturally be relationship-driven, focusing on how you can add value to your client portfolio through innovative ideas and your passion for the rural sector.

What we are looking for Experience in a banking account management (ideally Rural) role or similar.Proven ability in building, maintaining, and growing a portfolio of clients.Proven ability in achieving high levels of customer service.Credit and financial analysis skills.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
