Opportunities like this don't come up often.Reporting to the Resourcing Leader, your responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment across staff and project roles in QLD and NSW. A competitive salary package is on offer, corresponding with your level of experience.Key responsibilitiesSourcing and attracting high calibre candidates to Laing O'Rourke, primarily in the areas of construction and engineering.Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the project teams and understand the pipeline of staff requirements.Manage our external talent pipeline, ensuring we have suitable candidates for live roles and develop a warm pipeline of candidates to support our future requirements.Manage mobilisation and demobilisation of resources across different projects and functions.About youExperience in recruiting white-collar staff in Construction or Heavy Industry, with internal or agency experience.Proven experience in consulting and collaborating with a range of stakeholders.Hands-on experience and ability to work with different systems and resourcing tools.You will be a self-starter, proactive, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Bring a good network and understanding of the local market.BenefitsWe work hard to create an environment that brings out the best in our people.
