We are currently recruiting for a Senior Resource Supervisor to join our Assets and Operations team based in Mudgee.
The role will have accountability for managing a multi-disciplined team engaged in delivering construction, maintenance, and customer service work on Essential Energy's electrical and energy related network.
The Senior Resource Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day control and monitoring of local operational activities and allocation of local field staff, including the local organising of daily operations to meet the pre-planned work schedule and reallocation of crews and activities where immediate changes to pre-planned works or resources arise.
About You Experience in managing and coordinating employees, resources whilst implementing standards and procedures for work projects within the Energy Distribution and Transmission environment.
Demonstrated ability in the management and coordination of construction and maintenance projects meeting customer and stakeholder safety, environment, time, budget and quality expectations.
Extensive knowledge of the industry regulations and standards applicable the Energy Distribution and Transmission environment Desired Qualifications Advanced Diploma of Management – Electives in Innovation, Risk, Projects or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and relevant qualifications.
