This is a really important role for us! Supporting one of Australia's most important assets – Agribusiness Customers, you'll play a leading role in supporting Agribusiness Customers in Western NSW.
As an Agribusiness Senior Relationship Manager, you'll play a critical role in managing relationships with industry leaders and creating new and innovative ways to support large businesses with lending requirements generally from $3M to $50M, so they can grow and develop well into the future. You'll be well supported by our wider Agribusiness team with local support.

What do I need? You'll need to be a true expert in your field. We're looking for an experienced Senior Relationship Manager with a very strong and diverse knowledge of the agribusiness sector. A natural people person, you will have held senior positions as a relationship manager. Strong credit skills (including cashflow lending) are a must as well as proven balance sheet and deal structuring experience. Ideally you will have a proven track record in business development, including acquisition of new to bank customers, and a well-established network of referral sources.
