Primary Accountabilities & Objectives Final review and audit of refunds with focus on high value, and repeat submissions. Preparation and completion of detailed control sheets in relation to daily payment schedules Recharge to stores for refunds debited to Centralised Refunds Team Validations and redistribution of funds received from external suppliers Bulk upload of refunds data where refunds are processed by business partners Reconciliation of credit card refunds and bank accounts Communicate with consultants, respond to queries and assist with troubleshooting Provide support and guidance to other team members.
