About your role
You will be looking after Senior Tech & Transformation roles on a high-billing desk, a future-facing space where you will be exposed to incredibly interesting and thought-provoking candidates every single day. The projects & clients you will cover range from digital transformations, emerging technology start-ups and large financial mergers & acquisitions, to name a few.

What you will be doing
Be a people person by building relationships and gaining a detailed understanding of your clients & candidates (including many coffees and lunches!)Bring your passion for knowledge to work and become an expert in your space by running your desk and doing market researchFoster our large existing client base and identify new business opportunitiesSource, select and match candidates to suitable projects, introducing them to our clients and guiding them through the hiring processLive out your drive and passion to smash revenue targets and our team KPIs together – we celebrate our individual and team wins with quarterly incentives – this month we're going on a winery tour to the Yarra Valley!Be the social president! Once a month one team member plans a social activity – think NGV nights, karaoke, ice-skating… When it's your month it's up to youWho you are
