Develop new business through consistent sales activity and maintain industry networks and your personal brand Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients and candidates Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including business development, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checking Build a strong pipeline of candidates to ensure timely and effective placement of open roles Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and candidates Keep up to date with market trends and changes in the IT recruitment industry Collaborate with other recruiters and stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for clients and candidates What are we looking for in you?
