Senior Recruitment Consultant Melbourne Immediate Start Programmed Group Training has an exciting opportunity for a professional, passionate, driven and enthusiastic individual looking at joining our GTO (Apprenticeships & Traineeships) team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant .
Based in Melbourne this position will suit an individual who is a self-starter, people person and passionate about managing the recruitment process for apprenticeships and traineeships, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and mentoring our current recruitment consultants.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for: - Managing the recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, completion of all pre-employment checks, candidate briefs and onboarding candidates Managing and allocating all recruitment requests received Developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent in a competitive market Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding business requirements, providing tailored recruitment solutions and ensuring satisfaction Developing marketing posts on various social media platforms Working with our marketing team and area managers on marketing brochures and advertisements to support candidate attraction Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the apprenticeship and traineeship recruitment market Coaching, mentoring and providing guidance to our recruitment consultants Maintaining accurate and up to date records in our database Weekly and monthly reporting to management Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies To be successful in this role you must have: - Proven experience in recruitment with a strong track record of success Ability to build and develop client relationships Leadership experience including managing a team Be highly motivated and driven to succeed Creative, highly adaptable and a forward thinker Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to demanding timelines Reference number: 970499 Profession:Human Resources & RecruitmentRecruitment Consultant Company: Programmed Date posted: 20th Dec, 2024
