Within this role, you will have an opportunity to work with corporate and government clients, recruiting both Permanent and Contract positions.
In this role you will: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Source, screen, and build relationships with candidates. Organize interviews and adequately prepare candidates. Create talent pipelines for future job opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and candidates; use your networking ability to create new opportunities. The right person will: Have a minimum of 5 years proven experience in ICT recruitment. Have a highly personable and confident approach to building relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues alike. Have the ability to work autonomously. Be well presented.
