*Role can be based anywhere in Australia* Position Summary: As a Senior Recruitment Consultant , you will play an integral role in the ongoing delivery and service to both our existing and new clients and candidates who require expert advice and recruitment services.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will collaborate closely with our team of recruitment specialists and frequently engage with clients face-to-face.
Key Responsibilities: Delivery of high quality recruitment services to clients and candidates alike Building, maintaining and extending a specialist network of clients and candidates Promoting, advertising vacancies on relevant platforms Meeting with your client/candidate networks, both active and passive, to generate and convert leads Managing the recruitment process end to end Collaborating with the Safety team to generate new ideas for business improvement What you'll need to succeed: Highly self-motivated and goal/target driven Demonstrated experience in professional recruitment A proactive and energetic approach to your work An understanding and appreciation of HSE, WHS and injury management Strong internal and external rapport with key stakeholders Able to multitask in this exciting high-volume environment Passionate about helping people achieve their career goals Outstanding customer service, time management and problem-solving skills What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a client-facing sales, account management, or recruitment role.
Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive attitude towards generating new business.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Industry knowledge in HSE, WHS, or related recruitment sectors (highly desirable).
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Commitment to achieving targets and delivering results.
Someone who leaves their ego at the door and actively subscribes to a team first mantra.
