Job Summary: We are currently seeking for a Senior Consultant with a focus in recruiting project development, investment and finance professionals within the energy sector.A Senior Consultant develop maintain and distribute new and existing relationships with clients and candidates across the specialised area by delivering a consultative recruitment solution.A Senior Consultant should be mostly autonomous relating to generating vacancies, with a proven ability to manage complex recruitment processes end-to-end. Key Responsibilities & Scope: Business Development / Marketing
Consistently meet minimum sales targets of AUD 85K per quarterOriginate and conduct business development calls and client visitsSupport the development of new and existing Aurex Group client relationshipsMaintain a company standard of at least 5 client visits per weekAttend and engage in industry related eventsProactively begin conversation with Aurex Group clients to cross sell other service lines Client Management
Build successful and professional relationships with new and existing clientsDevelop and maintain business relationships by providing a professional, comprehensive recruitment serviceBecome an expert in your market through continued industry involvementNegotiate and confirm terms of business with new clients in line with Aurex Group standards Candidate Attraction / Management
Manage vacancies derived from new and existing clientsTake a comprehensive job brief with complete understanding of the role and recruitment process with agreed client termsWrite and place job advertisements for posting on the relevant mediums and manage ad response in a timely manner.Proactively utilise search techniques to identify potential candidates using online systems such as JobAdder and LinkedInInterview candidates and manage their experience throughout the hiring process.Extend, negotiate and close offers with candidates ensuring an efficient and positive process for candidates and clients Administration / Compliance
Update and maintain accurate client and candidate information on Job Adder with relevant notes loaded on correctly and in a timely mannerAdhere to placement requirements ensuring all components are loaded on Job Adder for placementEffectively and respectfully utilise administration support provided by Aurex Group operations teamEnsure timely completion of invoice documentation at the completion of assignments Required Knowledge & Skills: Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with a focus on investment, finance or development.Energy or real estate recruitment background is essential.Outstanding communication skills with an ability to engage in a range of presentation styles.
