The Opportunity: Due to fast-growing client demand within the construction sector, we are looking to grow our Sydney construction team by recruiting an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant recruiting for the Commercial Construction sector, to join our fast-paced Construction Division and be a part of our highly successful team!
Your Duties will include, but not limited to: Promoting and marketing the general recruitment capability and executive search services in the construction markets for permanent white-collar roles and opportunities.
Business Development and securing the right to work and do business with leading commercial construction businesses in Sydney.
Managing the 360 recruitment life cycle from role briefing/job specification to the successful placement of candidates.
Negotiating AustCorp terms of business with commercial construction clients.
Candidate and pipeline building.
Obtaining and maintaining a sufficient amount of vacancies from clients, to ensure monthly personal targets are met.
Promoting the company's business in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Skills & Experience: Minimum 3-4 years experience as a recruitment consultant within the construction industry.
Prior experience with JobAdder would be highly advantageous but not essential.
Ability to write suitable job ads that would generate and attract candidates.
Exceptional customer service and business relationship-building skills.
Ability to secure repeat business from clients.
A proven track record of achieving consistent month-to-month revenue and business generation.
Ability to work individually as well as in a high-performing team.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and hard-working.
