The Role The Senior Recruitment (Talent) Advisor will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, establishing robust processes and capabilities across the business to attract high calibre candidates, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle at Aurelia Metals.
This role is pivotal in ensuring we bring in top talent while enhancing our recruitment function to meet the needs of a growing and dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisitions and candidate sourcing to offer.
Partner with Hiring Managers to develop tailored talent acquisition strategies, reducing recruitment timeframes without compromising on quality.
Build and maintain long lasting relationships with internal stakeholders by regularly engaging with site teams to understand their needs and deliver top talent across all levels.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, including female talent initiatives and talent pipelines for future business growth, such as Early Talent Programs and Apprenticeships.
Oversee recruitment systems (Kronos) and all sourcing channels, ensuring seamless coordination with preferred suppliers and global talent communities to expand Aurelia's reach.
Deliver recruitment insights and reports and provide essential training to ensure consistent application of best practices across all management levels.
About You Proven work experience as an Internal or Agency recruiter.
Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to thrive in a stand-alone role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid understanding of the full recruiting and onboarding cycle.
Experience using various interview formats (e.g.
phone, structured, group).
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
Exceptional stakeholder management and networking capability.
Consultative and proactive approach.
