About The Role We are seeking a Recruiter/Senior Recruiter to join the EMEA Talent Acquisition team.
The role can be based in our London or Frankfurt office, this role supports several segments within the organisation, and the individual will lead the recruitment process for all Experienced Hires, Consultant to Senior Director level, across different teams and countries.
Our team is focused on driving direct sourcing, attracting diverse candidates, and delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
In this role, you will support your business areas in identifying the best talent for current and future roles and, in doing so, you play a pivotal role for FTI Consulting through this exciting period of growth of existing markets and expansion into new geographies.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with proven, hands-on recruitment experience who enjoys taking full ownership of the recruitment process and developing strong relationships with their hiring managers.
A genuine curiosity for how talent acquisition varies in different countries as well as a genuine desire to partner with your stakeholders to identify the best talent for their businesses is key to your success.
What You'll Do Experienced Hires Work closely with hiring managers in a fast-paced recruiting organization to understand their business, their competitors and key talent in the market.
Develop a direct sourcing focused recruitment approach for current hiring needs as well as future and opportunistic needs.
Identify, source and screen top talent for FTI Consulting's experienced hire requisitions.
Manage the end to end recruitment process and ensure that it progresses in a timely manner with candidate and stakeholder informed at all stages.
Share insights gained from candidate discussions on our markets, challenges and opportunities relating to recruitment with stakeholders.
Drive referrals, networking, sharing FTI stories via Linked In, advising hiring managers on how to use their networks to generate candidates.
Maintain and update submitted candidates in applicant tracking system/CRM.
Extend and negotiate offers.

What You Will Need to Succeed Basic Qualifications 3+ years' experience in full life cycle recruiting.
Experience utilizing CRM/ATS systems.
Experience of Taleo and Yello advantageous.
Proficient in Excel/Power Point.
Preferred Skills Proficient in using Linked In, Boolean searches, referrals, talent communities and other methods for direct sourcing.
Experience in stakeholder management.
Prior specialist recruiting experience within Management Consulting, ideally with a focus on international roles.
Experience with Taleo or other applicant tracking systems/CRM tools.
Ability to provide accurate, consistent, and efficient service under the pressure of competing deadlines.
Exceptional customer service focus with persistent attention to detail.
Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems.
