Real Estate & Property Property Management Gold Coast Permanent / Full Time 13/9/2024 About the role Joining this Property Management team, the role takes on an established, neat and tidy rent roll of only 140 properties where you will have a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to support you.
You will not do the routines and will have heaps of support.
Your role will be predominantly doing the senior duties, landlord communication and portfolio management where you are not micromanaged and simply left alone to do.
