Are you an experienced Senior Property Manager looking to join a supportive, and extremely productive team? Our client, a highly regarded and respected boutique agency located at the Gold Coast, just around the corner from the beach! This fantastic company have an exciting opportunity to join their multi award winning agency as their new Senior Property Manager!

Your role will be predominantly doing the senior duties, landlord communication and portfolio management where you are not micromanaged and simply left alone to do.

The role will be responsible for, but not restricted to:

Manager only 170 properties of a clean portfolioNo Routines, No entriesDedicated assistance within the office with Admin tasksLiase with landlords to ensure exceptional customer service

About You

Minimum 2+ year Property Management experienceCurrent Real Estate LicenceAustralian Driver's LicenceImpeccable Presentation with a friendly and approachable demeanourStrong Communication skills verbal and written
