Senior Property Manager required to manage immaculate portfolio with an agency leader Work from home available- No routines or entries WFH

About The Role

Joining this Property Management team, the role takes on an established, neat and tidy rent roll of only 140 properties where you will have a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to support you. You will not do the routines or the entries and will have heaps of support.

Your role will be predominantly doing the senior duties, landlord communication and portfolio management where you are not micromanaged and simply left alone to do.

The role will be responsible for, but not restricted to:

Liaising with Landlords
Repairs and Maintenance
Arrears Management
Attending and preparing for QCAT

WFH 2 days per week!!
Finish at 4pm every day with an even earlier finish on Fridays!

About You

Minimum 2+ years Property Management experience managing your own portfolio
Must hold QLD Real Estate Certificate!
Australian Driver's Licence
Strong Communication Skills
Neat and tidy personal presentation
