Senior Property Manager

About the role:
Due to exponential growth and with an extensive portfolio of assets under management, our client is seeking an experienced, driven Commercial Property Manager to join their vibrant team, overseeing a mixed portfolio of industrial, retail & mixed-use assets.
Duties:
Manage Landlord and tenant relationships
Maintain the properties in excellent condition and to optimum presentation
Manage the financial performance of the assets including annual budgets
Approve contractor invoicing and tenant billing
Manage tenant correspondence, deliverables and timelines
The skills and experience required for this role:
5+ years' commercial/retail Property Management experience will be highly regarded
Current certificate of registration as a salesperson or full real estate license
Comprehensive knowledge of lease contracts, renewals and rent increases
Driver's license and own car to be able to conduct site visits
Professional presentation and strong communication skills
