What you'll do:
As a Senior Project Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing crucial support to the Project Managers.
You will coordinate meetings, prepare reports, manage records, develop communications as needed, assist with procurement activities and manage contracts.
Your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.
Provide project supportEnsure project and administration activities are undertakenUse the Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) Tool application and the frameworks for records management, communication and style, procurement, recruitment, governance, and risk managementCoordinate meeting arrangements, reports and papers for governance and other working groups including project boards, working groups and project standupsPrepare and maintain project related documentation, including sourcing, collating and quality assuring information for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposesSupport the project managers with monitoring Program Board actions are completed, decision registers, reporting and records managementDevelop communications as requiredAssist with the drafting of procurement activities and manage contractsWhat you bring:

You have proven experience in coordinating meetings, committees and working groups including production of agendas, minutes and managing records.
Your ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships is second to none.
You are proficient with SharePoint/MS Teams and have advanced skills in Microsoft Office products.
Your keen eye for identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to achieve quality outcomes will be highly valued.
