Your Role Corrective Services NSW is seeking a motivated and strategic minded Senior Project Officer to work within the Corrective Services Industries team at the CSI Corporate Office in Berkshire Park.
What you'll do As the Senior Project Officer you will be required to manage and organise the development and implementation of complex projects that support and achieve the organisation's objectives.
The successful applicant will:
Apply project management skills to business development, identifying new markets and generating leads with a focus on other Government agencies.Manage a caseload of commercial customers ensuring the highest standards of customer service throughout each phase of the customer journey.Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning and implementation on a range of projects including but not limited to establishing and transferring business units within budget, on time in a manner that is compliant with legislation and policy.Monitor and appraise all aspects of the project including risks management, project impact and quality measures.Establish and maintain robust relationships with key internal and external stakeholders through effective communication, negotiation and the delivery of intended outcomes.Collate data and develop reports pertaining to customer ordering patterns, developing initiatives to increase opportunities to grow and establish commercial partnerships.Demonstrate strong written communication skills with the demonstrated ability to draft submissions for Executive review and endorsement.What we're looking for The successful candidate will have:
