As Senior Project Officer you will also:Support the CDR Division in the effective program and project management, including relevant governance, processes, and tools.Manage and support assigned projects within CDR, ensuring adherence to the ACCC CDR Project Management Framework.Risk and issue management, including risk identification and analysis, reporting and governance.Facilitate change management practices, including the collation and analysis of change impact assessments for program-wide reports.About YouIn order to succeed in the role, you will have:Demonstrated experience in project management including risk, issue and change management.Well-developed stakeholder engagement and communicating with influence skills, including the proven ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders and provide leadership and guidance to other team members.Demonstrated ability to plan, organise and prioritise a demanding workload and ensure quality and accuracy in outputs and meet timelines.Experience working independently to research, investigate and analyse complex issues.Demonstrated experience or familiarity with project management methods such as PRINCE2 and/or SAFe (desirable).Experience using Microsoft 365 tools, including Power Point, Excel and Power BI (desirable).This vacancy is non-ongoing for a 12 month period, with possibility of extension.
