Senior Project Manager - QCC Capacity Expansion Program Queensland Health (Organisation site: )Metro North Hospital and Health Service, Herston Lead the strategic delivery of service integration, readiness, and commissioning for the QCC project, managing teams and aligning objectives with MNH's strategic goals.
The primary purpose of the QCC – Senior Project Manager (Service Integration, Readiness and Commissioning) is to manage the strategic delivery of service integration, readiness and commissioning activities across the QCC project phases (including design, early-enabling works and go-live).
Coordinate and lead the planning and delivery of service integration, service readiness and commissioning activities.
This includes the leadership and management of QCC Project Officers that report directly to this role.
Identify and coordinate the key requirements of clinical and operational stakeholders relevant and facilitate alignment with QCC Project objectives and MNH Strategic and Operational requirements.
Building and maintaining strong relationships between all internal and external stakeholders is requisite for this to occur.
About you This successful applicant will carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Manage the service integration, service readiness and operational commissioning program for the QCC, ensuring that the facility is fit for purpose and supports the delivery of safe and quality care.
Given the complexity of the QCC site, this accountability extends to sub-projects such as relocation of clinical services to support early enabling works.
Coordinate and lead project management activities and deliverables by developing and embedding supporting documentation, internal controls, and process and procedure to achieve Project objectives, and which align with the expectations of the broader stakeholder group.
Lead the development of commissioning strategies, planning activities and clinical and support service models, ensuring that a robust delivery methodology is in place.
This includes a knowledge of the clinical and operational governance functions of a complex health service and an ability to navigate diverse stakeholder groups and agendas.
Actively participate in and support the clinical planning and design requirements of the project with an understanding that these milestones define the approach to service integration, service readiness and commissioning.
Develop, foster and maintain positive and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders including within MNH, Herston Precinct Stakeholders, contractors, consultants and the key stakeholders with the QCC Project collaborative.
