Skip to contentThe successful candidate will be able to quote and run projects from conception to completion on a diverse range of commercial and residential construction refurbishment projects around SEQ.CSG are looking for an experienced Building & Construction Refurbishment Project Manager, with extensive hands-on experience with estimating, programming.
supervising and overall project management of various types of work.About the business:Established in 1919, we are one of the longest running, respected builders in Australia.
CSG have long standing history of delivering a high standard of construction work nationally.About the Role:Site visits/inspections for new requests and ongoing works.Client Reporting and Scope Development.Coordination, scheduling, and/or procurement for quote requests/tenders.Quote Request/Tender estimation, review, and submission.Program creation, implementation and client management.Subcontractor and client relationship development.Cost/budget management and purchase order control.WH&S compliance.This permanent full-time role will see you work with and contribute to our experienced projects team.
The successful candidate will be a self-reliant, organised professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
