With over 40 years of experience across commercial, residential, industrial, and more, this company is renowned for surpassing client expectations and fostering a balanced, growth-oriented culture. At the forefront of innovation, this opportunity presents a unique chance to contribute to shaping our state's landscape and leaving a lasting impact. The RoleWorking closely with the senior management team, this role will provide the opportunity to significantly impact the growth strategy of the business. Roles and responsibilities will include but aren't limited to:Oversee the overall delivery of a key Tier 1 projectDevelopment of project plans and timelines, including dictating project objectives and deliverablesManagement and mentoring of project teams and coordinating the efforts of team members to ensure that the project is completed on scheduleManagement of project budgets and financials, including risk management, tracking project costs and managing project financesEnsuring projects are compliant with relevant regulatory requirements and involvement in the development / implementation of risk management plansThe Like MindTo be considered for the position, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications, proven construction delivery experience in the Australian market, and a minimum of 7 years working as a Project Manager across commercial, health and / or industrial sectors up to $50M. You will also require:Clear leadership skills and demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, delegate tasks, and make informed decisions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team membersStrong stakeholder management skills to help develop and maintain relationshipsProven problem-solving and critical thinking skillsGive us a Call!We love to chat!
