Having experienced significant growth over the past 11 years, they're currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their 70 person strong Melbourne business. Your new role You will be responsible for: Managing, liaise and negotiating with stakeholders from Site Managers to Contractors, ensuring project efficiency, cost-effectiveness and superior quality. Develop detailed project programming, ensuring effective coordination and seamless execution. Oversee multiple projects concurrently in diverse live environments, demonstrating adaptability and exceptional project management skills. Effectively manage budget, costs, forecasts, ensuring financial success of projects. What you'll need to succeed Tertiary qualification relevant to Construction Proven experience in a Project Manager role in Australia (interstate candidates welcome) Experience in the delivery of commercial fit-out projects is a MUST.
