Junior Project Manager - Medium Density

Qualifications & experience Experience in the coordination multiple projects, with experience in residential medium density being advantageous. At least 3 years experience in a similar role. Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Tasks & responsibilities Drive all aspects of administration to facilitate construction Chair PCG meetings Prepare & manage PCG reports Engage with authorities to ensure efficient progression of project deliverables Create & manage programme Provide weekly reports Prepare and manage financial forecasts Prepare and manage progress claims Manage OP & PC Be part of Australia's largest Townhome builder.
