Senior Project Manager

Highly reputable commercial builder seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager Your new company This reputable Tier 3 Commercial builder specialise in a diverse range of commercial projects including health, aged Care, institutional, education, commercial and industrial projects to the value of $60M. This 110-person strong company have been demonstrating their incomparable expertise in the Australian market for over 40 years. Your new role You will be responsible for: Your initial projects will be a $25M university project and a $15m education bundle The procurement process, coordinating subcontractors & liaising with the site team. Managing all correspondence with the relevant stakeholders including the client, consultants, architects and internal staff Making sure projects are delivered on-time and within budget. Direct reports; Site Manager, Contract Administrator and Grads Management of the construction programmes Project budgeting and forecasting What you'll need to succeed Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, construction or equivalent Proven experience in a Project Manager role working for a Tier 2 or 3 builder in Australia.
