This position will be taking on all commercial insurance repairs throughout Brisbane along side a hard working team of supervisors and site managers. The Role: Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Manage tools, materials, and equipment selection and inventory tracking. Review projects to schedule deliverables and estimate costs for profitability. Prepare internal and external job status reports. Negotiate agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. Provide leadership and guidance to the project management team. The Person: Degree/Qualification in Construction Management or Building & Construction Relevant state Builders Licence Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project management principles Proven track record of delivering major projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction Proficiency in MS Project/Excel and other construction scheduling software Strong leadership and motivational skills Knowledge of OH&S legislation Offer: Salary package - 140k - 200k + Super Full Time ongoing great inhouse team culture If you match the above criteria and your interested in joining a new team click 'APPLY NOW'.
