In addition, the role ensures that effective project control, change control, risk management and testing processes are maintained, whilst monitoring resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget. The Senior Project Manager must manage expectations of all project stakeholders and take full responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of complex projects.

This is being offered as a full-time contract position until 30th January 2026 based from our Fortitude Valley office. We ask our teams to attend the office a minimum of 2 days per week, with freedom around days and hours.

What's required to succeed: EssentialTertiary degree with major in Business/Project Management, or equivalent experience.5+ years' experience in a project management role with extensive experience in dealing with stakeholders at senior levels with an information security or compliance focus.Licensing or certifications for security project management.Experience and qualifications in project management principles and technologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, Agile PM, or Waterfall).History of driving business transformation as an agent of change.Demonstrates a willingness to learn and can grapple with concepts that may be unfamiliar at first.Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve a common business objective.Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills.Team-building skills and experience working with technical and non-technical staff.Employs strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines.PreferredMBA / postgraduate qualifications would be highly regarded.Demonstrated experience in people leadership, communication and motivating high performing teams.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Experience working in industry sectors such as Defence, Emergency Services or Not-for-Profit.Embracing collaboration and innovation, we work as one to lead the change veterans need.
