This construction company is offering a talented Senior Project Manager the opportunity to join at a very opportune time in their growth in Qld.

Right now we are looking for a new Senior Project Manager to lead the team on an $80m D&C Commercial Building on the CBD Fringe.
The ideal candidate has a few projects under their belt as a Project Manager delivering either high-rise projects or large commercial builds and has the ability to both lead and mentor.
Your sites will always be well supported and resourced properly.

As a company, they prefer to have their Senior Project Managers on site with the team.

The successful Senior Project Manager will have the ability to lead, influence, and deliver on expectations.
You will also enjoy building relationships with subbies, consultants, and clients.

To be successful you will have the following: Ideally a Construction Management degree or equivalent tertiary qualification (adequate experience in the role of Project Manager without tertiary qualifications will also be considered) Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager for a mid-tier or upper-tier Construction Company.
