Senior Project Manager

Based in Mt Gravatt, the Brisbane design and manufacturing facility is the Head Office for Australia, SE Asia, India, China, Europe, UK and Africa operations.
Due to continuous growth and close alignment with global customers, a new opportunity was created for an experienced project manager to manage engineering on all projects for a key global customer.
About the Role Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be tasked with managing all the engineering aspects of all projects relating to a key global customer. Working as part of a high performing engineering team, you will ensure on-time and on-budget results for large scale industrial food processing equipment projects. This includes engineering, manufacturing, and installation projects.
Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management for large industrial projects, focusing on industrial food processing systems. Align stakeholder needs with project objectives, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline. Overcome international challenges related to manufacturers and suppliers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize mechanical design and installation processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors. Implement strategic frameworks to enhance project efficiency and reliability. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. 10 - 15 years of industrial experience, preferably in the FMCG/Food Processing/Dairy industries. Expertise in industrial food processing systems and associated processes. Experience working in a PMO on industrial projects will be highly regarded. Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration across functions. Ability to navigate international business environments. Ability to travel internationally.
