ROLE: Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be required to: Manage and prepare scopes of work and award sub-contract package Assess sub-contractor variations and progress payments Prepare monthly cost reports for the directors of the company Mentor and upskill Contract Administrator with sub-contractor administration Manage all relevant stakeholders Financially astute, complete control of budgets and ensure that projects are profitable This role has the ability to develop into a Construction Manager after demonstrating your ability on Construction projects.
