About the role:
As a Senior Project Manager , you will be part of a team of 270+ team members from the Fire Sprinklers Business Unit.
Responsibilities:
Liaising with the Sprinkler Fitters to help them grow and mentor the team.
Provide quotes for jobs in collaboration with the estimating team.
Create reports for clients using Fire Mate and other software (experience with Microsoft Office is a plus).
Organise monthly toolbox meetings .
Conduct regular safety audits at customer sites.
Organize ongoing training for apprentices and tradespeople.
Visit sites regularly with current and potential clients to strengthen the business relationships.
Plan projects and maintain works efficiently.
Manage budgets.
Requirements:
Trade Certification in Sprinkler Fitting +3 post trade experience Knowledge of relevant standards Highly valued: QBCC licenced "Nominee Supervisor": Water-based fire system Be confident working with customers and stakeholders and supporting a team of sprinkler fitter tradespeople in the field.
