In this role, you'll: Lead and deliver wayfinding projects as part of the broader Wayfinding Bus Rollout Program.Coordinate the implementation of new signage at bus stops, aligned with other TfNSW projects and contracts.Organise the maintenance and repair of damaged signage at bus stops.Contribute to developing a streamlined, cost-effective design and delivery model for new bus stop signage and the maintenance of existing signage, enabling rapid rollout through multiple delivery partners and concurrent projects.Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Bus Operators, critical to the success of the delivery model.About you You have proven project management and/or delivery experience, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.A consultative and collaborative individual, you bring the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, are adaptable, and can make decisions in dynamic, sometimes uncertain, environments.You thrive in team settings, work well under tight deadlines, and have a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer experience outcomes.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in information design, construction management, industrial design, graphic design, urban design, architecture, project management, or related discipline.Who we are Transport for NSW provides a safe, integrated, and efficient transport system.
