About the role:
Maas Civil, a business unit of MGH, is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer, Project Engineer and Civil Engineer to join their already highly successful, results driven team based in project area NSW.

As the Engineer, reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will supervise employees on major projects throughout NSW while ensuring safety and delivering project outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Supporting the Project Manager to ensure the safe delivery of projects on time and under budget Liaise with all project stakeholders Resource and labour management Planning and programming Sub-contractor Management Safety, Quality and Environmental Management Knowledge and Experience Required:
Support PM with managing the optimisation of labour and resources with the support of HR and Plant Administration teams Previous exposure to budgets, cost control and forecasting to assist PM Ability to communicate and coordinate with all key stakeholders, internal and external Action and support with reports as required – daily, weekly, EOM including progress variations Must demonstrate compliance with past project requirements including OH&S, legal, environmental and all other policies and procedures Focus and commitment to a zero-harm environment TfNSW Specifications Bulk earthworks Driver's License White Card Civil Engineer Specific Responsibilities:
A degree in Civil Engineering Demonstrated ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced project environment and deliver on deadlines Proven verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to develop and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholders Ability to travel Benefits and Perks:
