Your Role – Impactful, Meaningful and Future-Oriented In this role you will lead site coordination for the assigned section of the Project line for the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport (SMWSA) Project.
Manage site access and construction interface from civil to SIEMENS Rail Systems, ensuring smooth handover processes. Oversee documentation readiness for installation and lead the four-week look ahead (4WLA) planning. Ensure compliance with SIEMENS Project framework and support various project teams (Construction, Planning, Commercial Logistics, Quality, EHS). Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to achieve the best project outcomes. Define and coordinate technical solutions, provide technical oversight, and handle contractual matters with external parties. Qualify today to transform the everyday for tomorrow. Engineering Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil or equivalent. Proven experience in complex Rail Systems Projects. Demonstrated experience with Quality management (ITPs, ITRs and Defect Management). Demonstrated experience with Configuration Change Board approval process.
