2:1 FIFO roster from Perth This role reports directly to the Project Manager and involves close collaboration with on-site personnel to ensure timely project delivery and high-quality outcomes.
As a permanent position with SRG Global, this role offers the opportunity to transition into other upcoming and ongoing civil projects upon the completion of the current assignment.

The successful applicant will ideally have: Degree in Civil Engineering 7-10 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the contractor engineering space Previous experience in concrete structures projects Demonstrated leadership skills Strong communication and planning skills Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge Ability to adapt and be reacting to change, and to plan accordingly Experience using Microsoft Project, AutoCAD and Jobpac are desirable. Pass a pre-employment medical and D&A Key Responsibilities Develop project-specific documentation, including technical, safety, environmental, and quality deliverables. Provide technical advice and support to the project delivery team, ensuring achievement of project objectives and monitoring performance through KPI tracking. Proactively inspect and ensure project activities conform to specifications, drawings, and QSE standards. Assist the Project Manager in directing construction, operations, and maintenance activities. Guide surveying activities for construction guidance and assess quantities/costs for project feasibility. Analyze survey reports and resolve issues using correct processes (TQs/RFI). Contribute innovative constructability options and foster positive teamwork for safe and compliant operations. Perform regular quality audits, oversee construction activities, and maintain current project documents. Assist in tender preparation, coordinate internal processes, and manage project controls. Coordinate QAQC testing activities for specification compliance and participate in accurate surveying. Monitor procurement activities to meet commercial and quality objectives. Manage project administration tasks, including cost recording and reporting. Administer procurement according to SRG standards and guidelines. Proactively manage the project schedule, report milestones, and assess resource deficiencies. Prepare recommendations for project variations, including cost estimates and contract negotiations. Ensure site-specific, relevant QA documents are implemented to an acceptable standard. Develop and maintain inspection test plans and traceability procedures. Monitor the performance of suppliers and subcontractors and report Non-Conformances for effective closure. Maintain SRG IMS processes and serve as key persons for internal and external audits, addressing issues promptly. About Us SRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
