The Core Capability Requirements for this role are:
Coordinate upgrade works on radio wide-area networks, electronic specialist systems, and voice and data communication terminals.
Plan radio and data communications installations for public safety facilities and the emergency triple zero communication centre call-taking and dispatch systems.
Plan and schedule technology implementation, technology refresh, and technology uplift activities.
Assist in the development, implementation and overview of appropriate policies, standards and guidelines in line with agreed project management methodologies.
Liaise, consult and negotiate effectively with stakeholders across Queensland Government and external service providers and vendors in relation to project governance and deliverables.
Assist in the organisation of board meetings, stakeholder workshops and information sessions, including the compilation and distribution of agendas, comprehensive minute taking and follow up of action items/resolutions.

Highly Desirable Requirements
Accreditation in relevant Project / Program Methodology.
Previous experience in large scale ICT Projects or Programs.
Possession of Open 'C' Class Queensland Driver's Licence as this position requires extensive driving to various locations.
Australian Communication & Media Authority (ACMA) licence (cabling).
Completion of post trades training in electronics.
