We are experts in our field, and we are passionate about mining.What you'll do:Working as part of an integrated client and delivery team, you'll have the chance to be part of an iconic WA closure and rehabilitation project. This position will support the wider project team, as well as the client team in all aspects of administrative support. Your day to day will include:Providing executive support to the client team by way of calendar management, event management, updating mailing lists and assisting with function requests.Onboarding of new starters including flights, accommodation, PPE ordering, training organisation and relevant tickets/licenses.Control and monitor client invoicing in accordance with contract terms, as well as processing credit card receipts and monthly reconciliation for Managers.Document management, formatting and updating our document system and liaising with contract staff members to ensure timely submissions of that required documentation.Maintaining positive working relationships with internal & external stakeholders, including site personnel, external contractors and facilities.About YouThis position will suit someone who has worked in a busy mining and resource environment previously, ideally who has held an executive assistant or sole support role in the past. We need someone who can handle multiple priorities, be meticulous in their work approach and who can communicate effectively with all levels of the business.Previous experience within the mining operations industry either directly for a mining & resource company or similar EPCM.6+ years in a Project Admin/Executive Assistant type role.Experienced with mobilisation tasks including flights, accommodation & training.Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills.A customer service focus paired with a can-do attitude.Exceptional time management with the ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines.Experience in reporting with excellent written and oral communication skills.About WSP | CalibreWSP | Calibre is a leading global engineering and project delivery business to the mining sector.
