Join Us and Make an Impact. We are currently seeking a BMS - Sr Program Specialist who will be responsible for the successful delivery of their assigned projects. This requires preparing, planning, executing, and controlling all aspects of the project either directly or through delegation with the project team. Successful delivery requires monitoring and controlling financials, works schedule, resources (including subcontractors) as well as managing the project stakeholders (internal and external).
The key to this role is: Being able to work in a flexible and nimble working environmentUnderstanding the concept of building servicesKey Responsibilities Maintain overall responsibility for the delivery of complex projects to the required quality, schedule, and budgetEnsure delivery of project is on time, within scope with zero or positive deviation.Manage the contractual requirements of the project to ensure Honeywell's exposure is minimized and controlled through timely responses and internal escalation.Maintain customer satisfaction at target levelsDevelop trust and manage the relationship with customers ensuring a shared understanding of key issues between all parties is maintainedControl costs and maximize productivity through the implementation of effective methods, standard processes, and engagement of Supply Chain team.Devise and implement risk management programs and ensure proactive risk mitigation strategies are communicated to management on a regular basisEnsure all projects follow the relevant project proceduresUndertake detailed planning and scheduling of the project and manage resource allocationIdentify skill gaps and actively seek appropriate training and peer-to-peer learning for your project team members.Ensure the Project Team adheres to the high standards of Health and Safety management required by Honeywell and our customersMaintain the project Safety Plan and EH&S responsibilities within the teamEnsure fire and security industry codes and standards are upheld.YOU MUST HAVE Tertiary qualifications in Project Management are preferred or more than 10 years PM experienceFurther education in management or project management would also be advantageous.Baseline essential, NV 1 preferredAble to hold/Maintain Government securitySecurity experience preferredWE VALUE PM Principles & Processes with emphasis on IPDS phase II-VRequirements Management & Fulfilment, Planning/EstimationScheduling including resource-loading critical path analysisSOW-thru-WBS-thru-BOE-thru Integrated Master ScheduleDemonstrate knowledge of Earned Value ManagementCost & Financials (ex.
