We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team in Brisbane.

In this role, you will:
Lead and manage a portfolio of complex telecommunications network relocation projects, ensuring on-time delivery and achievement of financial targets.
Oversee all aspects of program engagement, from planning and communication to budget management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder relationships.
Provide strong leadership to project teams, motivating and guiding them to achieve project goals.
Manage contractor relationships to ensure high-quality work within budget and timeframe.
Develop and deliver reports, proposals, and presentations to keep all stakeholders informed.
Implement and maintain quality control processes to minimize defects.
Identify and proactively address program risks and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the General Manager Operations to achieve strategic objectives.
To be successful, you will have:
5+ years of experience in program management, including project tracking and planning.
5+ years of experience working with stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
Proven ability to lead and manage diverse project teams, including internal and external resources.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of telecommunications field work, including civils, hauling, and splicing.
A commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Experience with project management methodologies (PMBOK preferred).
Experience within the telecommunications industry (essential).
