Job Description How will I help?
The Senior Program Manager, DEI will play a critical role within Technology to execute on programs that grow Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives across the Division. The role will also work with stakeholders to lift diverse representation across all levels plus focus on gender and first nations talent.
The ideal candidate will have a background in delivering people/HR programs, with strong stakeholder management skills. The role will be based in Sydney and is required to attend the office.
Your responsibilities will include: Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the Technology Division.Collaborate with business units, internal stakeholders, and external partners (talent acquisition) to support program participants.Uphold the brand and reputation of CIO Group Business Units (GBU), the Technology Division, and the Westpac Group.Display positive risk behaviours.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of diversity programs and initiatives.Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) outcomes.What's in it for you?

What do I need?
To be set up for success in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
Previous DEI/HR program delivery (at least 3 years +).Extensive stakeholder management and influencing skills.High business acumen.Proven experience achieving gender diverse targets and/or behavioural change initiatives desirable.Excellent communication skills.Tertiary education completion.What's it like to work there?
