Position Summary: The Application Engineer or Senior Product Manager is at the core of the Product Management team's work in presenting and promoting the company's products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Communicate with and educate customers to build their confidence with products and solutions.
Compile customer and market feedback to drive product improvement.
Identify and define requirements for product road map.
Manage local market requirements and incentives.
Compare competitors' products and solutions.
Work closely with company R&D, Sales, Product and Marketing teams to contribute on the product design, solution presentations, and competition analysis.
Develop and improve product documentation.
Conduct market analysis and research on established and emerging technologies ranging from circuit design, incentive policy, V2 H, and electrical code.
Create eye-catching and incisive slide decks.
Work with product link technical team to understand product issues and manage customer perception about product and solutions.
Attend industry shows, events and support company on-site arrangements.
In compliance with the Franklin WH Code of Business Conduct.
Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications And Experience: Bachelor's Degree minimum in Electrical Engineering or related area with 10+ years of relevant experience.
Long history of demonstrated interest in Solar or Electrical industries.
Preference for demonstrated interest in Behind the Meter and DER assets.
Strong Analog Circuit experience and experience with AC/DC conversion circuits.
Strong interpersonal skills and strong attention to teamwork.
Must be self-driven, highly motivated and able to do work with minimal supervision.
Ability to travel up to 25%, some nights and weekends may be required.
Fluent in Chinese and English is a must.
