About the Role The APS6 Partnerships Lead is accountable under limited direction to perform complex work with external partners and key stakeholders to ensure the effective and sustainable implementation of the National Digital Health Strategy, specifically working with representatives from software providers.
They will exercise both initiative and judgment in the application of practices and procedures in order to provide technical, professional, and/or policy advice in relation to complex problems.
The APS6 Partnerships Lead will assist in the delivery of strategic outcomes, coordinating program and project management, manage contracts, and work across a diverse range of stakeholders to identify and deliver mutually beneficial initiatives aligned to the National Digital Health Strategy.
They will be responsible for supporting the connection and use of digital health tools across the software industry.
Key Duties Apply an in-depth knowledge of the role and functions of the branch and an understanding of how these relate to National Health digital Strategy; providing a point of contact between the branch and related external partners and key stakeholder groups.
Monitor and coordinate contract management including developing contract documentation, managing procurement processes and addressing contractor performance issues.
Monitor changes in the broader work environment that may impact on work objectives, including event planning and travel coordination.
Provide a range of administration, project, program, support services to facilitate the delivery of outcomes within the branch.
