We have created a career-shaping opportunity for a Digital Product Manager to play a critical role in how we write the next chapter of our growth story by owning and developing our digital product strategy.
The core elements of this role involve: Market and customer insights: Conducting market research to understand customer needs, the competitive landscape, and emerging trends. You will then use these insights to inform product strategy and feature prioritisation.Product strategy and execution: Defining and driving the product vision and strategy for our Online Web Portal & App, ensuring they deliver value to our customers and support business growth.Product roadmap design: You will design a complete pathway for each of your approved product strategies.Project management: You will collaborate with our engineering and design teams to bring your strategies to life ensuring seamless integration through an approach of continuous review and improvement.Here's what it will take: Solid mid-level experience (ideally 4-5 years) as a Digital Product Manager or in a similar SaaS development role.Demonstrated experience in developing, managing and executing product roadmaps for a revenue generating SAAS platform including the documentation of technical requirements.Familiarity with software development environments.Agile project management methodology experience. You are conversant with Agile ceremonies and scrum environments.Research and data gathering/exploration capability, including survey design, delivery and evaluation, data extraction, modelling and reporting skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
